LearnLearn the basics of the Pilates posture and internal
muscle activation and alignment of the Iyengar tradition.
** Note: this class is a prerequisite for Level I and
Level 2 classes.
Level 1 , Mondays, 5:30 - 7pm with Lesley
Practice integrating the basics from introductory yoga in a wider range
of poses with an emphasis on standing poses to develop strength, in the legs, hips and core.
Level 2 , Thursday, Noon - 1pm with Lesley
Further expand your abilities by continuing to progress your lower body
and core strength, balance and coordination combined with weight bearing
inversions to develop upper body strength.
