Yoga and Core Stability Classes with Lesley T. Hoey, D.P.T., C.Y.T. and Lynne Saucier, P.T.A. at the Castle on Brickhill.

Integrating the principles of core activation from the Yoga and Pilates traditions with the principles of internal activation and alignment of the Iyengar tradition.


Ongoing Classes

Introductory Yoga, Tuesdays, Noon to 1 pm with Lynne.
LearnLearn the basics of the Pilates posture and internal muscle activation and alignment of the Iyengar tradition.
** Note: this class is a prerequisite for Level I and Level 2 classes.

Level 1 , Mondays, 5:30 - 7pm with Lesley
Practice integrating the basics from introductory yoga in a wider range of poses with an emphasis on standing poses to develop strength, in the legs, hips and core.

Level 2 , Thursday, Noon - 1pm with Lesley
Further expand your abilities by continuing to progress your lower body and core strength, balance and coordination combined with weight bearing inversions to develop upper body strength.
