Up to one week before class starts, full refund minus 20% administrative
fee.
Prepaid classes are non-transferable to another person.
Absence from class is non-refundable.
Credit for serious illness or injury is valid for 3 months from initial
incident.
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private class with less
than 24 hours notice unless your session can be rescheduled
within one week.
If you are late for a private class the session will end at the original
time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a private session it
is the instructor's discretion whether to hold and abbreviated
class or not. Full payment will be assessed for the session
unless the class can be rescheduled within one week.
